Shipping Policy
Confirmation E-mails

We will send a confirmation e-mail when all or part of your order has shipped.  This transaction is performed through the shipping software, and we must have the correct e-mail address on file in order to properly contact you.  It is your responsibility to accurately enter your contact email address during the checkout process.

We will make every attempt to combine multiple purchased items into as few packages as possible in order to save on shipping cost.  In the event we feel it necessary to ship in multiple packages,  we may contact you to adjust the cost of such shipments.  While shopping online and combining multiple items into one shopping cart for checkout,  it is possible for the shipping calculator to underestimate the actual cost of shipping.  We will make every attempt to honor this cost charged.  In the event it is not feasible,  we will contact the purchaser to arrange a resolution acceptable to both parties.

If you have correctly entered your e-mail address at checkout, a tracking number will be sent to that address,  along with a link, enabling you to track your package.
Package Delivery

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday.  We will make every attempt to have your package shipped within 1-2 business days.  Non-stock items require additional time.
Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different than your billing address.  We may require a third party verification, or credit card company verification, on any orders that we feel could be fraudulent.  (We only do this to ensure the security of your credit card and to protect the card holder.)  This could delay the shipment of your order.
Shipment Charges

All of our orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise noted.  In the event you would like your order to ship on your UPS account,  the order must be placed over the telephone at 636-278-5400.  This will ensure accuracy in billing your account.
Where We Ship 

We ship to the United States, and anywhere in the world that UPS ships.
We are continually updating our shipping options on this site.  In the event you do not see your shipping location listed,  please call or e-mail to inquire about shipping for other locations.
Other Shippers

You can arrange to have your order picked up and delivered anywhere in the world (at your expense),  provided you have an account and provide the proper documentation needed for the shipper.  We will assist in every way we can in order to make this an easy process.
International Orders

It is important to note that you will have to pay custom duties and taxes on the products you purchase.  These fees will not be listed on your Compressed Air Parts Company invoice.  Any refused orders due to these fees will not be refunded.
