Return Policies
Compressed Air Parts Company Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from Compressed Air Parts Company.
You have 30 days from the date your order is received to return a product. Please follow the steps below to ensure the most accurate and timely refund.
  • All product returns require a return authorization number. You may obtain a return authorization number by calling 636-278-5400.
  • Any products returned to us without a return authorization number and proper documentation will be returned at the purchaser's expense. 
  • Products that are not eligible for return are as follows:
    1. Any product not purchased directly from Compressed Air Parts Company.
    2. Any product that has been installed or used. (these items could be eligible for warranty replacement)
    3. Any products returned without the original packaging, accessories, pieces, and components originally included.
    4. Any product that has been physically damaged.
    5. Any electrical component.
    6. Gaskets, O-Rings and Seals.
  • Any products returned to Compressed Air Parts Company must be new, unused, complete, include all required documentation, and less than 30 days from the date of original invoice. If the return policy is not followed, the product will be returned at the customer's expense.
Compressed Air Parts Company reserves the right to refuse any return. We also reserve the right to assess a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
According to U.S. law, refund credits can only be charged back to the card of original purchase. In the event a card can no longer be charged back, and at least one attempt has been made on our part, a credit will be placed on your account to be applied towards any future purchases. If you would like to receive your refund via company check, you must submit your request in writing. The processing of a company check refund may result in a delay of refund.
In few instances, refunds may be delayed while waiting for the manufacturer to inspect a product and issue a credit to Compressed Air Parts Company. Once we receive credit, a timely refund will be processed.
Shipping Errors
Should you receive a product that was shipped in error due to the mistake of our shipping department, the correct replacement will be shipped at our expense. If the incorrect product will need to be returned, we will, at our expense,  provide the proper procedures for this action.
Website Errors
In the event that a price and/or description on our website is incorrect, we reserve the right to correct the mistake and contact the purchaser to arrange the proper procedures in correcting the error.
